公司成立于2007年8月，是經哈投集團授權并以其名義成立的分公司，承擔松北區江灣分區二期、東北亞起步區等基礎設施項目的投資建設，負責45億元開行貸款的使用、管理和償還。截止目前，已完成項目投資額54億元，新建道路40條、橋梁10座以及綠化、管線、燃氣、河道改造等配套工程。

Harbin Songbei Branch

      This branch was authorized by Hatou Group and founded in the name of the Group in August 2007. It undertakes the investment and construction of second-phase Jiangwan Zone in Songbei District, Northeast Asia Starting Area and other infrastructure projects, and also takes charge of use, management and repayment of CDB loans of RMB 4.5 billion. Up to now, it has completed the project investment of RMB 5.4 billion, construction of 40 newly-built roads and 10 bridges, and renovation of afforestation, pipeline, gas, river transformation and other auxiliary projects.
